In the last article entitled Control Isn’t The Solution. It’s The Very Essence Of The Problem, I talked about the limitation (and liability) of the mind as a problem solving machine. If you aren’t familiar with that article, then I encourage you to read that first. In this article for paid subscribers, I’ll offer some unique strategies for letting go of control that I’ve seen work with clients. However, I will caveat everything I share here with this: if you want x, you must do/be y. In other words, change doesn’t come without effort—and lots of it.
